Margie is an instructional designer with expertise in learning evaluation, experience teaching people with disabilities, and a background in career counseling.
She began her career as a special education resource teacher who helped students with the school to work transition. She went on to earn a PhD in Instructional Systems with a cognate in Career Counseling from Florida State University. She has worked or consulted with various Fortune 500, small business, higher education, government, non-profit, and K12 clients. Currently, Margie is an independent associate with the ROI Institute.
